1. Scope

King Technology Group LLC ("KingTech," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates digital products and marketing technology services. This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, mobile applications, and related services that link to this policy, including the King Spa Virginia mobile application (collectively, the "Services").

This policy does not replace separate terms, facility rules, or notices that may apply to a specific service or physical location.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, nickname, email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and encrypted or hashed authentication credentials.
• Profile information: optional profile image and preferences that you choose to provide.
• Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language or locale, Firebase installation identifiers, device identifiers, advertising identifier when enabled, and push notification token and preference.
• Approximate location: broad geographic information derived from a masked IP address by analytics providers. The King Spa app does not require precise GPS location for its core features.
• Activity information: app opens, screen interactions, session start and end times, session duration, feature usage, and diagnostic information necessary to operate and improve the Services.
• Rewards and transaction history: points, coins, gems, missions, offers, coupon issuance and redemption, ticket verification, and Point Shop activity.
• Communications: information included when you contact us for support, privacy requests, or other inquiries.

Camera access may be used to scan supported QR or barcode content. Photos may be accessed when you choose a profile image or save a coupon image. Camera frames processed only on your device are not retained by us unless the feature clearly asks you to upload content.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure user accounts.
• Provide app features, rewards, coupons, tickets, QR verification, and customer support.
• Send service messages, notices, and push notifications according to your preferences.
• Measure app usage, understand engagement, troubleshoot issues, and improve our products.
• Protect users, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Communicate product news or promotional information where permitted by law and your settings.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to vendors that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including:

• Google services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Installations, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Sign-In.
• Cloud hosting, database, storage, security, and email delivery providers, including Amazon Web Services where applicable.
• Professional advisers or authorities when disclosure is required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or necessary to address fraud and security incidents.

If our business or a service is reorganized, acquired, or transferred, information may be included in that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and account deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.

You may request deletion of your King Spa app account and associated personal information by emailing admin@kingtech.group with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the account unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or other legal obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained and the applicable reason.

6. Your choices and rights

You may review or update available profile information in the app, turn push notifications on or off in app settings or device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as obtaining a copy of your information, limiting certain processing, withdrawing consent, or appealing a privacy request decision. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

Our digital account and rewards services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review and delete it.

Age and supervision requirements for entry to a King Spa physical facility are governed by the facility's separate admission rules.

8. Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, and credential protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the app or another appropriate channel.
